Like so many of us I have not been the most productive over the last year, but that's okay. I have been trying to take my time, be kind to myself and go with it when inspiration takes me.
I have known for ages that I wanted to update some of my greeting card designs so when I was having some time off over Christmas I set some time aside for drawing and I am so glad I did. Not only have I refreshed some of my favourite designs but I have a whole range of new cards to accompany them too.
All the new designs are coming in a new slightly smaller 5inch x 7inch size with a matt uncoated finish to give them a more modern feel. I am so happy with how they have all turned out, lets take a look at the first five shall we?
These are two of the new designs, the first a pastel pile of gorgeous haberdashery with a pile of threads in a heart shape on a pale pink background, I love the colour pallet of this design. Second up is this minimal Happy Birthday card with a rainbow of skinny thread reels, I really enjoy the clean look of this one.
The first of the revamped designs is my 'Cute as a Button' card, this design was my most popular and I hope that the new version will be too. Again I love this killer colour scheme and have used it in some other designs coming out in s month or so.
The last for this release are two that I have been dying to freshen up for ages. I have edited the phrases as well as the artwork for both options so they are more widely usable for any occasion. 'We are Tailor-made for Each Other' and 'You are My Material Girl' can now be sent to any sewing friend you want to let them know how much you care.
What do you think of the new cards? Which is your favourite?
