Welcome to a post I am for now going to call Sunday Chill.
I am planning on spending as many Sundays as possible in 2018 doing nothing but chilling the F out. I am all too inclined to work 24/7 especially as my job is based online now it can be really hard for me to turn off, like ever. I will try and answer emails as soon as I see them pop into my inbox and put a lot of pressure on myself to keep up with social media. This is really unhealthy.
So one of my biggest goals for this year is to set myself some 'Office Hours' and stick to them, hence the self-mandated Sunday Chill. I have a few ideas of things I want to do on these days and some new topics I am interested in discovering more about, but in a very relaxed fashion and my plan is to share them here to give me a little accountability to keep to my promise to myself and reach my goal.
I plan to write these posts on a Monday and post them on a Sunday so you will be catching up on what I did the previous week but will see how that works for a bit.
The day this is posted is Christmas Eve so next weeks post should be interesting, and probably not at all chill but we will see how we get on.
What do you do to relax? I would love to know so I can maybe give them a try. I am looking forward to getting out of my comfort zone a little and trying some new things.
